Used to be the best, but the last few times have been hit or miss. Crab Rangoon is still the best, but my favorite Sesame chicken and Pork fried rice are tasteless and fatty. Increased prices and decreased portions! Really disappointed.

Food was great, but the customer service was terrible. My boyfriend and I had a long day of travelling and after being in the car for 7 hours we just wanted some take out. I made sure I could exchange my rice for lo mein (I had been craving lo mein for over a week and Chinese food is a treat for me as I do not order it very much). I was told it was no problem and I offered to pay the upcharge. I was advised there was no upcharge and that it was really not an issue. Anyway, we order our dinners to go, wait around for it and try entertain my two year old kiddo. Once our food was ready we drove home with our meals. Upon getting home I realize there is no lo mein at all and the rice was never switched out. I called and asked if I could please get my lo mein. The woman on the phone advised the cashier made a mistake and that there would be an upcharge. I explained I was fine with that, but to please deliver the lo mein as I was already home eating with my boyfriend and my two year old. She did not care and said it would be a 4 dollar upcharge for the lo mein, plus a delivery fee. I explained that was not fair because from the beginning of all of this it was not my mistake. She refused to deliver it for free (keep in mind I had no problem paying for the lo mein) and kept saying it was the cashiers fault. So, even though the food is great, that horrible woman has ruined it for me and I will not be returning there.

Food was good, rice lacked some flavor, but overall 4 stars. Large wontons in their soup, 10 per quart! Will come here again.

I gave it a 3 but could be a 4. The food is better than all of the other Chinese places around. However, they suffer from one thing that holds them back. They are cheap. Whatever you order, whether it is a ckn, pork or seafood dish, it will hardly have any. Even the rice requires a magnifying glass to find the pork. It's really too bad. I've ordered about 5 or 6 times now. I even offered once to pay extra and they still didn't get the hint. I'll probably order from there again but I would imagine that they have turned a lot of people off

Finally found my Go-to Chinese restaurant in Pembroke Pines / Southwest Ranches area. The food was wonderful and the service was top notch. If your in the mood for some authentic New York style Chinese food give these guys a try. Fresh ingredients and large portions are sure to satisfy the most finicky of Yelpers!

My generals chicken low sauce and spicy is the bomb, lo mein light sauce with chicken and Chinese veg.. Awesome!!! Go there order out some comfort food, affordable, tasty and if you're from NYC it will feel like the spot around the way!!

New Owners, awful food . . I've gone their twice and my food was horrible. I had the runs after eating the General Tso's Chicken. But tonight I ordered the boneless ribs and pan fried dumplings. Bad, awful, poor. The boneliss ribs tasted like rubber and were stringy, the pan friend dumplings were over cooked and lacked flavor. The old owners were great, food was great, the new ones. Pass . . .

Love this place. Owners know me and treat me with a lot of respect. Boneless spare ribs are the best.. Always get them and rice is great. My wife loves their wonton soup. I enjoy their egg drop soup. Recommended to everyone

I really want to like this place. The owners are very hard working people who want their business to do well in this area. They have a cute little boy that is about 4 years old. He was playing quietly at a table in front. The mother works the front register and is polite and friendly with everyone even when it got busy. The cook worked hard and fast to fill the lunch orders. It seems to be a small operation with only three people working there. They have a few tables but they mostly do take-out. On to the food, the highlight for me were the spring rolls. They were fresh, hot, crispy spring rolls filled with shrimp and mushrooms. The crab rangoons were excellent too. The cheese was unusual in that it was sweet but ended up being addictive. The garlic beef was not anything to write home about. The sweet and sour chicken was plentiful satisfying. I hope to go back and try some other dishes in hopes of finding something worthy of five stars. I saw that they have different types of wings. I thought that was a unique option.

This is by far one of the best tasting Chinese restaurants in Pembroke Pines. Food tastes like northern Chinese food. Rice is cooked well, not dried out like I've had at other S. Florida spots. All the meats are well seasoned and food is priced reasonably. I live about 20 mins from this place, but it's well worth the drive to get genuinely good Chinese food in Pembroke Pines.

We love this place for the value and the dependable delivery service! The family pack is a great deal and the quality of the food never disappoints. I love their cashew chicken! They are splendid with the chicken and cashews which is rare. Also, they didn't overdo the oil in the food. The delivery person was friendly and pleasant and professional! Recommend!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
